Lucienne Miller
I'm Lucie, a military spouse and mum of four currently located in Brisbane. I have 15 years' experience working within training, facilitation and coaching. 10 + years focused mainly in business start then 5 years moving into leadership (and all its moving parts), organisational well-being, culture and neuro-inclusive spaces. My business, Ebb & Flow works with ethical organisations focused on developing workspaces where employees can thrive. This is done through human focused leadership development, culture support and organisational well-being interventions. Alongside my core work I have the honour of teaching psychological fitness/resilience and mental health for a leading UK children's charity, Bounce Forward. Our programmes are embedded across the UK education system and the UK military.
I have worked with emerging tech companies, UK aerospace, UK parliament, Scottish government, Deloitte, Airbus, NATO, Modibodi amongst other prestigious organisations. I am used to working across sectors and have supported organisations from a wide range of sectors such as, design, pharmaceuticals, government, military, emerging tech, education, finance, engineering and many more. I have been fortunate to work with individuals and teams at different levels, from graduates just entering the career space to senior leadership teams. I enjoy supporting individuals at all levels of their careers. The landscape is always evolving but often the challenges have a shared thread.
My career began in the start up space, teaching qualifications in business and helping disadvantaged young people set up in business. From education to business planning, funding to launch, I supported and coached entrepreneurs to make their dreams a reality. I continued this work within the UK military community. I still have the privilege of supporting and coaching senior leaders, particularly around finding balance and developing strategic well-being.
I have a MSc in positive psychology with focus on the neuroscience of well-being, positive organisations and positive development. Additionally, a strong background in resilience education, EQ, NLP, neurobiology of resilience, assertive communication, active listening and other fields.
I utterly adore my work. For me, training in the leadership/organisational growth space is my passion. As a neurodivergent woman I struggled in a traditional work environment, which is why I pivoted to focus on humanising workspaces so both individuals and business bottom line can thrive. Getting to support teams and leaders develop their skills so they can support individual, team and organisation health and growth is a privilege.
Deon Newbronner
With over two decades of experience as a Speaker, Executive Coach, and CEO Mentor, Ive been instrumental in guiding leaders across FT100 corporations, utilities, oil & gas, New Energy, manufacturing, finance, and government sectors. My unique specialisation lies in harnessing the innovative spirit of leaders and speakers, aiding them in captivating key policymakers and regulators, thereby kindling significant societal advancement.
It all started back in 1987. I loved geography at school. I was the one my classmates came to for help. There was something else too. Somehow, I just knew how to help them. I didn’t know it then, but I was helping them with more than geography. I was helping them realise their potential; this set the tone for the rest of my career.
I have held senior positions in large corporate firms and run small businesses over the past 25 years. I am a Master of Coaching Psychology. I have helped thousands of global executives and small business owners use their stories and personal power to influence and build trust.
My unique specialisation lies in harnessing the innovative spirit of leaders and speakers, aiding them in captivating key policymakers and regulators, thereby kindling significant societal advancement. The comprehension of the human experience drives me. I use this understanding to help individuals, teams, and businesses grow. The author of three best sellers:
My Game – The Formula for Everyday Leadership.
Smart Storytelling - The craft of public speaking.
And a children’s book. My fourth book, Unscripted - The Reality of Connection, is due in 2024.
